An array of archival landscape images from Êvar's personal family albums of Amûdê, Rojava - the town of which her parents are from, a short story accompanies these images which tells a lingering tale about a child who accepts bitterness as natural and his mother who reflects on habits of acceptance - a metaphor for the ways in which the world becomes desensitised to the occupation of different ethnic groups, in this case, Kurds.
